Team Loyalty

- Each participating player brings in 10 points to be shared for Team loyalty.
- If all player choose same team under Team Loyalty, then all will have same points

EXAMPLE
- If we have 20 super selectors, then we have 20x10 i.e. 200 aggregate points to share across
- 10 of these players have selected Germany; 4 England, 4 Italy and 2 Spain
- 4 unique teams, so we have 200/4 i.e. 50 split between four teams
- Germany 10 Super selectors. 5 points for Team Loyalty
- England 4 Super selectors. 12.5 points for Team Loyalty
- Italy 4 Super selectors. 12.5 points for Team Loyalty
- Spain 4 Super selectors. 25 points for Team Loyalty
